Coverage: Comfort Momentos guarantees that the fingerprint and pawprint jewelry purchased from us shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Terms of Forever Print Guarantee:

Print Durability: We guarantee that under normal wear and tear conditions, the fingerprint and pawprint impressions on the jewelry shall remain intact.

Replacement Guarantee: Should the prints ever wear off the jewelry under normal wear and tear, Comfort Momentos will replace the jewelry at no cost to the customer. However, the customer shall be responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with the replacement.

Sole Discretion: Comfort Momentos reserves the sole right to determine whether the jewelry qualifies for replacement under the terms of this guarantee.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or any other circumstances beyond normal wear and tear.
Claim Procedure: To make a guarantee claim, customers must contact Comfort Momentos directly and provide proof of purchase. Upon inspection and verification of the claim, Comfort Momentos will determine whether the jewelry qualifies for replacement under the terms of this guarantee.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Comfort Momentos be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the jewelry.
Governing Law: This guarantee shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this guarantee shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Summit County, Ohio.
